Delete Your Account In the App
PeptidePal (formerly Pep Pal) lets you delete your account from inside the app. This action is irreversible. Before deleting, read the sections below about Community posts, device-scoped records, and subscriptions.
- Open PeptidePal and go to Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm when prompted.
What the In-App Flow Removes
- Your authentication account and associated sign-in identifier and email address.
- Your profile and account-linked onboarding, demographic, preference, and health-observation records.
- Your account-scoped progress photos and other private files covered by the deletion flow.
- Your Community profile, pseudonym, votes, reports, blocks, and account association, subject to operational and legal retention.
- Local PeptidePal data that the app clears as part of the platform- and version-specific deletion flow. To remove remaining local application data, uninstall PeptidePal after deleting your account.
Local clearing behavior may vary by platform and app version. Uninstalling the app removes its remaining local application storage from that device. Information in device backups is controlled by your operating-system and backup settings.
Records That May Remain
- Community posts. Published questions and answers may remain under a generic, disassociated identity after account deletion. If you want them removed, delete your posts in Community before deleting your account or identify them in an email request.
- Device-scoped usage reports. Daily protocol-usage reports stored under a one-way hash of a device identifier, rather than your account identifier, may not be removed by the account-deletion operation and may remain in aggregate product-research records.
- Analytics, attribution, and conversion measurement. Device-scoped records and account-linked conversion records held by Blank Labs or its providers may remain according to applicable law, provider contracts, and retention practices. Whop conversion records may include an email address, internal account identifier, purchase information, and attribution context.
- Transactions and referrals. Records may be retained or detached from your account as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and legal compliance.
- Security, legal, and backups. Limited records may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or complete backup deletion cycles.
You may email us to request deletion of additional identifiable records, including Whop conversion records associated with your email address or account identifier. We will evaluate the request under applicable law and explain any denial or exception that applies.
Subscriptions Must Be Canceled Separately
Deleting your PeptidePal account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple App Store: manage or cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Google Play: manage or cancel through Google Play or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Stripe web checkout: email [email protected] from the purchase email address. Your request is complete when we confirm cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable purchase channel, our Terms of Service, and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
If You Cannot Access the App
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my PeptidePal account." Include enough information to identify the account and describe whether you also want identifiable Community posts or other records reviewed. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and will respond and process verified requests as required by applicable law.
Privacy and Health-Data Rights
