Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Blank Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Blank Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), governing PeptidePal (formerly Pep Pal) and related websites and services that link to these terms (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The Services are intended only for adults aged 18 or older.
We may update these terms as our Services, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised terms with a new date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
The Services
PeptidePal provides research and reference content, protocol and dose tracking, health-observation and progress-photo tools, an AI research assistant, aggregate product information, and Community Q&A. Features and availability may differ by platform, plan, location, or app version.
Research peptides. Many compounds discussed in PeptidePal are research peptides that have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use. References to dose ranges, schedules, protocols, cycles, or stacks are general descriptions of research literature or community reporting. Blank Labs does not validate them as safe, effective, lawful, or appropriate for any person.
Prescription products. Some referenced compounds are approved only for particular uses, populations, formulations, and routes of administration and may require a prescription. PeptidePal does not prescribe, dispense, diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care.
Not Medical Advice
The Services are informational research, reference, and personal tracking tools. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment, clinical guidance, emergency service, or a personalized recommendation. Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to you.
PeptidePal's AI is configured to refuse personalized dose, titration, protocol, cycle, and stack recommendations. A refusal or other safeguard is not guaranteed to work in every interaction, and no AI response should be treated as medical advice.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, sourcing, combining, or changing any drug, peptide, supplement, dose, schedule, protocol, or treatment. Call emergency services if you may be experiencing a medical emergency. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for verifying information before acting on it.
Research-Product Risks
Products obtained from third parties may be mislabeled, contaminated, counterfeit, improperly stored, unlawfully marketed, or different from what a seller claims. Blank Labs does not sell, prescribe, dispense, source, test, authenticate, or guarantee any peptide, drug, supplement, seller, laboratory report, or product mentioned in the Services.
You assume the risks of any decision to acquire, possess, prepare, combine, administer, or use a product, including adverse reactions, dosing errors, interactions, injection injuries, contamination, ineffective treatment, and violations of applicable law. This allocation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Accounts and Account Deletion
You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your sign-in method and device, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
You may delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is irreversible and is separate from subscription cancellation. Some records may remain as described on our Data Deletion page, including published Community posts in disassociated form.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid plans, prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable purchase channel. Taxes and currency may vary by location and provider. Deleting PeptidePal or your Blank Labs account does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple App Store. Apple bills and administers purchases made through Apple. Manage or cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Requests for Apple-administered refunds may be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com and are subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.
- Google Play. Google bills and administers purchases made through Google Play. Manage or cancel through Google Play or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's rules, Blank Labs' applicable process, and applicable law.
- Stripe web checkout. For a subscription purchased through our Stripe checkout, email [email protected] from the address used for purchase to request cancellation. An email request does not itself complete cancellation; cancellation is complete when we confirm it. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues through the paid period and cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges. Direct-purchase refund requests are considered case by case, subject to applicable law.
You retain any cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact us if you cannot identify your purchase channel.
Referral Codes and Promotions
Promotions may have additional terms presented with the offer. Unless those terms say otherwise, codes are personal, nontransferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be limited, changed, revoked, or expired. We may reject fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible redemptions.
Community Q&A and User Content
Community lets authenticated members publish questions and answers, vote, report content, and block members under generated pseudonyms. A pseudonym reduces public identification but does not make your activity anonymous to Blank Labs. Do not publish personal, confidential, or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Blank Labs a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute within the Services, and moderate that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate and secure Community and the Services. This license includes continuing to display published questions and answers in disassociated form after account deletion. You may delete your own posts before deleting your account.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. You may not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content; sell or source controlled, prescription, counterfeit, or unlawfully marketed products; provide personalized dosing, titration, protocol, cycle, or stack instructions; encourage unsafe use; spam; impersonate others; or manipulate votes and reports.
We may screen, refuse, remove, preserve, or restrict content and accounts, but we do not promise to review every post. Community content is supplied by users and is not verified or endorsed by Blank Labs. Report suspected infringement or other prohibited content to [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate and evaluate it.
Intellectual Property and License
Blank Labs and its licensors own the Services and their software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, excluding user content and third-party material. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use PeptidePal on devices you own or control for noncommercial use.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, scrape, mass-download, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create derivative works from the Services except as applicable law expressly permits.
Platform Terms
Your use is also subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. Those platform terms control if they conflict with these terms on a matter the platform requires it to control.
If you obtained PeptidePal through Apple, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and Blank Labs, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce the applicable mobile-license provisions. If you obtained PeptidePal through Google Play, Google is not responsible for providing support for the app unless its terms state otherwise.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy provides additional information about health-related data. These notices are incorporated by reference only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take protective measures if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk or harm, or used the Services unlawfully. Where practical and legally appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that any feature, content, integration, or third-party service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. We will provide notice when required by law.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, or results. We do not warrant that safeguards, AI refusals, moderation, health integrations, or third-party services will prevent every error, harmful response, or unauthorized use. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blank Labs and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or data, arising from the Services even if advised that such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the Services or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Services in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law and Disputes
Unless the law where you live requires otherwise, these terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes may be brought in state or federal courts in California. This section does not create an arbitration requirement or class-action waiver and does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. Blank Labs is a Wyoming limited liability company; its state of formation does not by itself determine the governing law selected for this contract.
General Terms
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or by operation of law. These terms and incorporated notices are the entire agreement about the Services, subject to any additional terms presented for a specific feature or purchase.
