Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Blank Labs LLC ("company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in California, United States. You can contact us at [email protected].

We operate the mobile application PeptidePal (formerly Pep Pal; the "app"), together with any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "services"). PeptidePal is a peptide research, reference, and personal tracking tool that provides a peptide library, on-device logging and protocol tracking, and an AI research assistant.

These legal terms form a binding agreement between you and Blank Labs LLC governing your access to and use of the services. By downloading, installing, or using PeptidePal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of PeptidePal after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

The services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the services.

Our Services

PeptidePal provides a peptide reference library, on-device logging and protocol tracking tools, and an AI research assistant. Content surfaced in the library and by the assistant reflects general information drawn from published research and community knowledge; it is provided for informational and research purposes only and is not medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, treatment, or a personalized recommendation of any kind.

Research peptides. Most peptides discussed in PeptidePal are research peptides and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use. References to dose ranges, schedules, or stacks reflect published literature and community reporting; they are not prescriptions and they are not validated by Blank Labs as safe or effective for any individual.

Prescription drugs. Some compounds referenced in PeptidePal — including Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), Tesamorelin (Egrifta), and other GLP-1 medications — are FDA-approved prescription drugs. Information about them in PeptidePal is reference material only. PeptidePal does not prescribe, dose, titrate, or recommend these drugs, and the AI assistant is configured to refuse requests for personalized dosing of these drugs and to redirect you to a licensed physician. Do not use PeptidePal as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

The services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.). If your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use the services.

Accounts

To use PeptidePal you must create an account with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app at Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your Supabase authentication record and profile row; referral ledger rows are retained for accounting but are detached from your identity. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — see "Subscriptions" below.

Purchases and Payment

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through your Apple App Store account, in U.S. dollars. Apple handles your payment method and charges. We do not receive or store your payment information. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions

PeptidePal offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features such as the full peptide library, unlimited AI chat, and protocol tracking. Exact subscription titles, durations, and prices are shown on the in-app paywall and on the App Store product page before you complete your purchase.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price, unless you cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Free trials and introductory offers. If PeptidePal offers a free trial or introductory period, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under Apple's rules.

Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, Apple will notify you and request your consent to the new price before the next renewal. If you do not consent, your subscription will not renew.

Refunds. Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where required by applicable consumer law (for example in the EU, UK, or certain U.S. states), you retain any statutory refund or withdrawal right that cannot be waived by these terms.

Referral Codes

PeptidePal occasionally issues referral codes that apply a discount, an extended trial, or other promotional benefit at checkout through the App Store. Referral codes are personal, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may rotate, expire, or revoke a referral code at any time and we may disqualify redemptions that appear fraudulent or abusive. Using a referral code does not give you any additional rights beyond those granted in these terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual-property rights in the services, including the source code, design, copy, peptide library content, trademarks, and logos. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create inside PeptidePal, including your dose logs, protocols, and chat messages. By submitting a chat message to our AI assistant you grant us a limited license to process that message as necessary to generate a response and to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use the services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law or regulation; attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the services; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except to the extent permitted by applicable law; scrape, systematically harvest, or mass-download content from the services; impersonate another person; submit false, misleading, or defamatory content; attempt to obtain personalized prescription or dosing advice for prescription drugs through the AI assistant; or use the services to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Mobile Application License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use PeptidePal on iOS devices you own or control. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

If you installed PeptidePal from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge: (a) these terms are between you and Blank Labs LLC, not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app; (c) if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app, but Apple has no other warranty obligation; (d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or a third party may have relating to the app; (e) Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

Not Medical Advice

PeptidePal is a personal research, reference, and tracking tool. Nothing in the app — including the peptide library, references to typical dose ranges, commonly reported usage patterns, stack suggestions, or AI chat responses — constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.

References to peptide dose ranges, schedules, and stacks in PeptidePal reflect published research literature and community reporting. They are general information. They are not personalized, they are not validated by Blank Labs as safe or effective for any individual, and they are not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about peptide use, dosing, sourcing, or protocols. Do not start, stop, or adjust any compound — research peptide, prescription drug, or otherwise — based on information surfaced by PeptidePal without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional. We accept no responsibility or liability for actions taken or not taken based on information provided by PeptidePal.

Disclaimer of Liability for AI Features

The AI chat assistant in PeptidePal is provided for informational and research purposes only. Responses are generated by a large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or inappropriate for your situation. The AI assistant can make mistakes and can hallucinate facts; verify anything important before acting on it.

AI-generated content must not be relied upon for medical, health, legal, or financial decisions. The AI assistant is configured to refuse personalized dosing advice for FDA-approved prescription drugs (including GLP-1 medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) and to redirect you to a licensed physician. We accept no responsibility or liability for actions taken or not taken based on AI-generated content.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the services you agree to its terms, which are incorporated here by reference.

Term and Termination

These legal terms remain in effect while you use the services. You may stop using PeptidePal and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe continued access would create legal or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.

Modifications and Interruptions

We may change, modify, or remove features of the services at any time without notice. We may also suspend or discontinue the services in whole or in part. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

Disclaimer

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content surfaced by the services, including the peptide library and AI chat responses.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Blank Labs LLC or its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or personal injury, arising from or related to your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to these terms or the services will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; to the extent required by law in those jurisdictions, the limitations above do not apply to you.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Blank Labs LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the services, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
